Another aspect of health is pride in your appearance anyone can get dressed in nice clothes opportunity shops if you cant afford as I do most all my things are op shop washed ironed and make yourself beautiful to your standards and it really does help make you feel better about your self..

FOR ME EXERCISE SHOULD BEGIN YOUNG AND SHOULD BE FUN WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I PLAYED SQUASH AND LOVED IT NOW I MOSTLY WALK OUTSIDE IN NATURE BUT ANY MOVEMENT IS TO BE ADVISED.  TO PREVENT THE USUAL HEART,WEIGHT AND MENTAL PROBLEMS WHEN YOUR EXERCISING YOU CAN FORGET YOURSELF AND HELP STOP ILLNESS

Healthy eating is essential to good  health and so first plan should always be whatever you place in your body must be quality foods.. Plan your meals taking note of the fat content and please remember a walk after meals helps absorption and prevents indigestion.  So exercise within reason is great and healthy for you.
